Julio has wanted a Raiders shield tattoo for the past 25 years! He always wanted it covering his full back. Today we were able to bring some his dream true. We opted for a bicep so Julio can look down and admire his Raider pride.

Julio is the epitome of a true Raiders fan, loyal no matter what, always believing and having hope that next season will be the one.
